	Clinical Data, Inc. Santen obtains a worldwide license to adenosine A2A agonist compound for the development and commercialization of treatments for certain ophthalmic diseases, including glaucoma.
	2009
	Bausch & Lomb Inc. Santen licenses development, manufacturing, and marketing rights of its hydrophobic acrylic lens material to Bausch & Lomb for all geographic regions except Japan.
